At Zenvana, we offer a 30-day refund or replacement policy only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. No returns for change of mind.

  • Item arrived damaged during transit

  • Item is defective or not functioning

  • Wrong item received

How to request

Contact support@getzenvana.com within 30 days with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Once we review your request, we will approve a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement.

Important: The product does not need to be returned. Photos or video are enough.
